The Funding Corporation of Chester, the UK’s largest independent finance company, has chosen CLIC Sargent as their Charity of the Year.
A fun-filled schedule of activities has been put together for all employees to participate in throughout the year.
Lisa Ireland, Charity Coordinator and Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, said ‘We are delighted to be supporting such a worthwhile cause. We have set ourselves a target of £5,000 and are determined to achieve this’.
The fundraising was launched with ‘The Funding Corporation’s Mad Day’ which raised over £1,000. Showing it is a real team effort, team managers entered into the spirit of the day, by volunteering to be in the stocks as employees bombarded them with wet sponges and custard pies!
