Glascar Bowling Club in Banbridge recently held a fundraising event and raised £400 for CLIC Sargent. They were inspired to fundraise after learning about some children from their area who have been affected by cancer.
The club has a number of vintage enthusiasts and decided to organise a display of vintage vehicles. A beautiful sunny evening saw 65 local enthusiasts come along and display tractors, cars and motorbikes. Supper was provided and a good night was had by all.
Victoria Camlin, one of the event organisers said: “The event was a great success and I want to thank everyone for their kind support.”
