CLIC Sargent supporter Ken Browne was just one of the 450 runners who pounded their way along the five-mile course around Sudbury and through Great Cornard to finish at Belle Vue Park on Good Friday.
As well as the runners, 270 walkers all took part in the beautiful sunshine with temperatures hitting 75°F to complete this annual event.
Superheroes joined alongside fireman and footballers to raise money for CLIC Sargent and the Eden Rose Coppice project.
Both runners and walkers welcomed the chance to cool off with water kindly provided by Waitrose.
Ken has so far raised a fantastic £435 for CLIC Sargent.
A big thank you to all the organisers of the event with special thanks to the Sudbury Rotary Club who kindly nominated CLIC Sargent to benefit from this event.
