CLIC Sargent is planning ahead and looking for supporters to come forward and volunteer at this year’s Spring Fling at Cherwell Boathouse in Oxford on 25 September 2009.
This year’s theme is A Hint of Pink and volunteers are needed to help organise the special charity evening, help out on the night or donate a raffle prize.
Last year’s Spring Fling in May 2008 raised a fantastic £15,000 for CLIC Sargent. Despite the spring showers a wonderful evening was had by all. A very moving speech from Liz Leigh, CLIC Sargent Nurse at the new Children’s Hospital at the John Radcliffe was well received by everyone.
