YES! We would like everyone to recycle with us - children, adults, people with home printers, as well as people working in offices etc… in fact anyone and everyone!
Do you accept all types of printer cartridges?
We accept all types, except Epson as these are not recyclable.
Does it cost me anything to recycle with CLIC Sargent?
No, it is FREE for you to support, but for every cartridge you recycle, CLIC Sargent will receive £1.
What type of cartridges can I put in the freepost bags?
The freepost bags are for inkjet cartridges only as laser toners are too heavy to send through the post.
How many cartridges can I put in the freepost bags?
You can put up to 3 cartidges in each freepost bag.
Do we have to use your 'drop in' boxes for our laser toners?
No, you can use your own boxes if that is more convenient for you. Once you have collected at least 10 laser toners, you can arrange for a free collection.
How big are the 'drop in' boxes?
The 'drop in' boxes are 60cm tall and 50x50cm. They are delivered flat-packed in packs of 3
Can I put inkjet and laser toners in the 'drop in' box?
Yes, you can put both types in. As long as you have a minimum of 10 laser toners or a minimum of 20 inkjet cartridges in the box, we can arrange a free collection.
How do I order some 'drop in' boxes?
Call 0800 435 576 to order your free 'drop in' boxes. Don't forget to state that you wish to support CLIC Sargent. You can also use this number to arrange your free collections when you have collected at least 10 laser toner cartridges.
