Kick for Children with Cancer is a national sponsored football event, raising money for CLIC Sargent, the children’s cancer charity.
This year we hope to raise £150,000 to support children with cancer and their families. We want 100,000 children taking part. Schools, clubs and groups can choose to keep 25% of the money they raise with 75% going to support CLIC Sargent.

What does taking part involve?
Kick for Children with Cancer takes place from May to July.
The event can be as big or small as you like. It could be a penalty shoot out, a keepy-uppy challenge or a beat the goalie competition – with you in goal!
You could hold it on your sports day or during your end of season competition. You could also get the whole school or club involved with your own World Cup competition.

Who can take part?
All children can get involved. It is a great way to get active and healthy and support children with cancer. The event is suitable for boys and girls of all ages and ability and we are encouraging all schools, youth football clubs and after school clubs and groups to get involved.

How do I register to take part?
You can select to download your event pack (please download if possible to save the charity vital funds), or we can send you a pack in the post if you are unable to download and print the pack.
There are two ways to register:

Please note we do not send packs outside the UK.

- Tips on how to run your event
- Sponsor forms
- Parental consent forms
- Fundraising thermometer for the kids to see their fundraising progress
- Promotional banner and poster
- A press release and media tips
- Stickers
- Free footballs (subject to availability)
What happens after the event?
Once you have completed your event please encourage all children to collect their sponsor money as soon as possible. Deduct 25% for your school or club (unless you are donating 100%)
