We can't host our event May to July. Can we still take part?
That’s not a problem – schools and clubs often choose to hold their event during these months but you can hold your event any time you like from March 2010 onwards.
top of pageWhat is the difference between a downloadable event pack and postal event pack?
Nothing, apart from downloading your pack saves CLIC Sargent vital funds. You can opt to order items that are not downloadable such as stickers and footballs when you register.
top of pageWhen will I receive my event pack?
You will receive your event pack in the post or a link to the downloads will be emailed to you soon after 1st March 2010 to allow plenty time for you to plan your event.
top of pageWhat does the event pack include?
Your pack will be full of everything you need to hold your event - including sponsor forms, template press releases, posters, fundraising thermometer and much more.
top of pageCan we order extra materials?
Contact us on: 08451 20 22 32 or at: football@clicsargent.org.uk to request extra materials for your event. We can also send you replacement giro slips if you misplace your original giro, so you can pay in your funds raised. All we ask is that where possible you download items such as sponsor forms, from the website, so as to reduce costs to the Charity.
top of pageWho is my local Kick for Children with Cancer representative?
The CLIC Sargent regional team is here to support you. Find your local representative.
top of pageHow do I pay in our sponsorship money?
Details about how to pay your money in will be available on the website soon. Please check back soon.
top of pageHow will I know CLIC Sargent has received the money we raised?
If you opted to be thanked by email on receipt of your fundraising, CLIC Sargent will send you an e-certificate for you to print and proudly display. Otherwise, you will be sent your certificate in the post.
top of pageI can no longer hold an event. What do I do?
Please let the CLIC Sargent know as soon as possible if you can no longer hold an event. This will save the Charity’s time and resources in contacting you.
If you requested free footballs then please return them unused to Kick for Children with Cancer, CLIC Sargent, PO Box 353, Bristol, BS34 7JH with a covering note telling us who you are.
We hope you can join us next year!
