Taking part in any of our running events is not just a fantastic way to help children with cancer but it can also be the first steps towards a healthier and more active lifestyle.

 

We have teamed up with expert coaches Full Potential to give you the best race experience possible.

 

Once signed up to run for CLIC Sargent you will receive:

  • One-on-one advice for specific problems including injury from our expert coach, Keith Anderson.

Full Potential

We believe that - regardless of age, fitness and experience - with the right training, motivation and commitment everyone can become a better runner....

I started running to get fit and loose weight. At 30 I was an unfit, overweight smoker who badly needed to change his lifestyle. To start with I was anxious, self-conscious and impatient. I made a lot of mistakes. But I got the right advice and eventually ran a 2.17 marathon and finished 10th in the Commonwealth games marathon aged 41.

Quite simply, it was an amazing journey that changed my life. It was also an experience that gave me a lot more than just fitness. I still enjoy my running and want to help you enjoy yours and be the best you can be.
