This year, we’re asking you to show your support for children with cancer and GO BALD! Would your friends and family pay good money to see you shave your head, beard, moustache, or undergo a full body wax? Maybe you know people up to the BOLD challenge themselves? Whether you fly solo or pull together a mass head shave, we need you to sign up to our BE BOLD, GO BALD fundraising campaign.
Hair loss is just one element of a child’s journey through cancer that CLIC Sargent supports them through. By taking part in this campaign you are not only helping to remove the stigma and showing your support for those undergoing treatment, but raising vital funds so that we can continue to support children and their families every step of the way.
How can you BE BOLD?
- Organise a GO BALD event yourself – perhaps at work, at your gym, at your local pub or with the local rugby club
- Take part yourself and be the ‘shavee’!
- Offer your skills to someone else’s event and be the ‘head shaver’
However you can help you will make a difference to children and their families at a time when they need it most.
