Raging rapids, cascading waterfalls and nail-biting competition – all this and more could be yours by taking part in one of our unique white water rafting adventures.

White water rafting – what’s involved?

White water rafting is a thrilling and exciting challenge which can involve family, friends or even a team from work. An experienced instructor will provide all the equipment and knowledge needed to enjoy the experience.

  • Duration: one day with two hours rafting.
  • Location: there are different centres across the UK, you can choose the most convenient to you.
  • Age: must be between 14 and 65 years old inclusive (under 18’s must have parental consent).
  • Weight restrictions: must be 17 stone (107.95kgs) or under. Please note the centre at Nottingham requires rafters to be a maximum of 14.5 stone (92.07 kgs).
What do I have to do to take part?

Simply get a team of six or eight people together and raise at least £1,000 in sponsorship. This amount is split between the team so that works out as £125 sponsorship per person.
