Vision and mission

We have one simple aim: to ease the burden of childhood cancer on children, young people and their families.

We help children and young people with cancer and their families with the trauma of diagnosis, the often long journey through treatment… and continue to support them afterwards.

Where do we work?

We that operate and deliver care and support both locally and nationally.

We have main offices in Bristol and Hammersmith, our Head Office. Around the UK there are regional offices in Manchester, Belfast, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Henley in Arden, Oxford, Bury St Edmunds, Lewes, and Prestwick.

We employ and fund care professionals in hopsitals across the UK, including in all of the main children cancer treatment centres.

Volunteers
As well as the hard work and dedication of employed staff, we have the support of many volunteers. They come from all walks of life and give from a few hours to several days a week – working in the community, in hospitals and in our offices around the UK. Their role is much needed and appreciated. Branches & Committees
Many volunteers are part of our branch and committee network which reaches people across the UK promoting CLIC Sargent and raising money. They play a vital role in taking CLIC Sargent into local communities and promoting our cause at a grassroots level, raising both our profile and significant amounts of income. Patrons
Our Patrons are influential high-profile people who help put our organisation ‘on the map’ in a variety of ways. They attend fundraising events, endorse our charity in the media and open networking opportunities.
