What better way to get into the festive mood this December than enjoying the dulcet tones of local choirs singing traditional Christmas carols in the stunning setting of Aspley Methodist Church on Melbourne Road. The Christmas carol concert will take place on Thursday 18th December at 7pm with proceeds going to CLIC Sargent.
This year’s concert will feature the Nottingham Hospitals’ Choir, who will be performing a selection of Christmas favourites that are sure to get everyone in the festive spirit.
Tickets for the concert are available from Kathy Grunnill on: 0115 9390311, priced £7 for adults and £5 for concessions.
Marcus Cox, Assistant Fundraising Manager for CLIC Sargent is looking forward to another spectacular event, “What a wonderful way to get the whole family into the Christmas spirit! We are hugely grateful to the choir for volunteering their time. The money raised on the night will go directly to helping children and young people with cancer and their families.”
