With only a matter of days to go, CLIC Sargent wishes all those racing round Bath’s streets in the city’s Half Marathon this Sunday the very best of luck!
150 CLIC Sargent runners from across the UK have been limbering up and training hard in preparation for the big day. In total they expect to raise a magnificent £30,000 for the Charity.
All the money raised will go directly towards helping the Charity provide clinical, practical and emotional support for families affecting by childhood cancer at a time when they most need it.
Kayley Waller, Running Events Co-ordinator for CLIC Sargent says, “If you aren’t pounding the streets of Bath yourself but want to show your support, the CLIC Sargent cheer point will be based on Queen’s Square. Look out for the fuchsia banners and cheer sticks and give our runners all the support they need to cross the finishing line!”
For any last minute queries please call the CLIC Sargent Running Helpline on 0845 602 4770.
