Acting Out Casting is a casting agency that supply actors and actress
for film, television and promotions.
Jason Fox, the company director, has set up the 2008 Acting Out
Casting Directory, being completley sponsored by the company. No actor
or actress has paid to be in the diectory. This, as we know, has NEVER
been done before.
The launch is on Sunday 9th March at The Holiday Inn Hotel, 137 Kings
Road on the Brighton seafront. This will consist of a grand cabaret
show, which will be fronted by drag artist Lady James and will also
star cabaret artsit Diane James and singing double act Gilly B and JJ
along with backing dancers and a fire eater.
Please note - Acting Out Casting will make no money from this event as
ALL proceeds will be going to five various chairties, CLIC Sargent, being one of them.
The other four chairties are;
The Actor's Benevolent Fund which is a retirment home for proffesional actors.
Open Door which is a Brighton based chairty that supports people
suffering from AID's and HIV
Brighton Unemployed Families Project Center which supports people and
families who are on a low income
Radio reverb which is a non profit radio station
As you can see this is a unique event that has never been done before.
